    good morning. I am Mr vincent buendia of Aloran,Misamis Occidental. I applied for a recarding of my GSIS UMID card in your office last August 20, 2019. I called the number given to me several times to inquire regarding the status of my new card before picking it up as per your instruction but there never was an answer from you end. Please advise me about it the soonest. Thanks.

Sir nag apply ko ug calamity loan D's month April 2020 before ko nag apply ginamit ko ang GSIS eCard ko na may chip then Hindi nag process then may nag advice na puwede gamitin ang lumang GSIS eCard ko pero Hindi ko namalayan na bangko Ng unionbank Pala ang nagamit ko pag loan kaila fan Pana akong pumunta Dyan SA pagadian upang mag withdraw?

  10. Good noon union bank, I just want to seek an advise from your office, my emergency loan was already deposited in UBP I can't withdraw trough my umid atm, transaction cannot be done, Ang palagi mabasa sa screen,ano Ang dapat ko gawin, salamat po, Bernard Colita of Sindangan, Z.N.

    This is Sharmaine Pondoc. I have been doing the fund withdrawal in behalf of my father, Luciano Pondoc, a GSIS pensioner through his UMID card. I was supposed to withdraw Php 10,000 from my father's account in LBP-Tangub branch, however, the transaction was cancelled then the machine went unavailable. Upon inquiring from the adjacent ATM, the said amount was deducted from my father's account balance despite the cancellation of the transaction. I've emailed about this through your central office and am waiting for your response on this matter. Today (July 27, 2020), my sister noticed that another Php 10,000 was deducted from my father's account when she did a balance unquiry prior to actual fund withdrawal. Hi good afternoon, would like to ask about teh ATM card of my mother who is a pensioner of GSIS, it was lost and she cannot find it anymore, that is why we will ask if she can ask for another ATM card from your bank? What are the requirements she need to submit so that we can prepare if we will go there because we are from Ozamiz City. We need to have a travel authority for 24 hours only. If we will come on Tuesday Oct 6 can you accommodate us?

  14. I am Mrs Jocelyn Rillera Pondol, of legal age, married, and a resident of Purok Morning Glory, Brgy Don Andres, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay Province.

    Pleased be informed that On November 7, 2020 at about 10:50 o clock in the morning, I was given authority by my cousin Mrs. Phebe Cruz Banaga, a retired Public School Teacher and an ATM Card Holder a resident of Purok New Jerusalem, Brgy Don Andres, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay to withdraw her UMID ATM Card with card number CRN-006-0028-1798-1 and Account Number xxxxxxx2297 with a current balance of P17,832.97 pesos.

    Upon withdrawing/ inserting the UMID ATM card at the ATM machine of RCBC bank at Poblacion, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, first I successfully withdrew the amount of 10,000.00 and the remaining balance is 7,832.97. And by second withdrawal amounting to 7,000.00 pesos the notification indicated that the transaction cannot be processed.

    So therefore, I immediately transferred to Philippine National Bank ATM machine to withdraw thereat. Upon inserting the card in the machine, unfortunately, it shows that the desired amount of 7,000.00 was not withdrawn from the ATM machine and it appears that the transaction indicating said amount cannot be processed and I was worried too much.

    So, there and then, I immediately inquire the balance and i found out that the remaining balance in the transaction receipt is 818.97 pesos and the 7000 pesos was disappeared.

    So this morning. I went to RCBC bank informing the bank manager about what had happened, then the bank manager told me to informed the concern bank for immediate assistance.

    We hope and Pray that this letter may give favorable and immediate action. Thank you and more power.

    May i know what are the requirements in withdrawing the remaining balance in the UMID Card of my late father? I have been informed by GSIS Dipolog that he still has remaining amount in his card of more or less 15k and that the heirs of the late Januario Galindo has to coordinate with your bank for the requirements. I'm one of the heirs and i was given an SPA to follow up/submit/receive proceeds related to his claims etc since my mother is already 84 yrs. old. We can hardly contact your landline #. We highly appreciate if you can email (jijigal@yahoo.com) to me the requirements before going to pagadian to save gas, effort and time.
