gud morning mam,i am jereme ilogen. i am teacher from deped llc.my atm card was damaged last may 4,2020.so i went to the nearest branch to which is landbank danao to file a replacement of my card.i was followed up last may 27,2020 to the landbank danao for the status of my atm replacement.unfortunately,they were contact the landbank llc but no one will answer..the replacement fee was already deducted to my account..can you help me mam?
